TERMS: All orders are FOB Baltimore, MD. We accept the following types of payment:


  • COD Money Order or Certified Check of exact dollar amount.
  • COD Company Check & Net Accounts. Given only with credit approval. The following must be submitted:

  • A signed and completed SCARFANDBEYOND.COM (SAKA INC), credit application
  • A copy of the state tax resale certificate
  • A copy of current business license
  • We reserve the right to ask for a copy of financial statements
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express only). 


All orders paid with a personal check will be held for 15 days for check clearance. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks.


CONTINUED RETURNS: A returned authorization number must be obtained from WWW.SCARFANDBEYOND.COM, during our regular business hours within seven business days of receipt of shipment. When calling for a return authorization number please specify replacement, exchange, or credit (merchandise amount ONLY not shipping and handling). Misused merchandise, items without original packing or with price tags will not be accepted. All return authorization numbers will expire 30 days after issue date. Returned merchandise must be received by this date. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of each box being returned underneath the ship to address. A copy of the invoice or a letter listing items being returned with the reason for return must be included in the box. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer and returned to our warehouse at

Refused shipments/Canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to shipper.
